Steven R. Slazyk, Esq.
Clients look to Steven for practical, proactive, and responsive advice in the State of Hawaii. Steven Slazyk has maintained a real estate, land, corporate and estates practice since 2010 and has worked with hundreds of public and private corporations, businesses, trusts and charities across North America.

He has drafted numerous wills and trusts and advised many clients through the probate process. He has significant experience advising developers and clients on real estate law including CPR and subdivision matters.
Steven brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Prior to starting his private practice, Steven worked at a large multinational law firm, the Canadian Embassy in Tokyo and the United Nations Tribunal in Cambodia. He studied Law, Business and International Relations in Europe, Japan and Canada.

Angela M. Juba, Esq.
Angela Juba has advised major corporations (including Fortune 500 companies) and government clients on their interests since 2010.
She has worked on some of the most high-profile cases in North America over the past 15 years, in matters involving constitutional law, products liability, class actions, and freedom of information.
She brings over a decade of experience at a large multinational firm to her current advisory practice. After law school, Angela completed a prestigious clerkship at the Supreme Court of Canada.
